Chongqing Verakin Property Management Co., Ltd. was established in April, 2007, with registered capital of RMB 5 million. The company is a counsel member of the Chongqing Property Management Association, and has been qualified to Grade 1 National Property Management License and certified to operate according to IS0 9000 quality system.

The management tasks are operated independently, under full implementation with the support and supervision by various departments. These include Administrative Personnel Department, Financial Department, Quality Management Department, Engineering Department, Project Department. We now have about 550 employees, all of whom were highly experienced and skilled staffs in property management. The team includes technician and maintenance staffs, customer service, security, cleaners, and landscape. Our company pays great attention to employees’ growth and development. We have internally trained and commissioned more than ten administrators from initial stage who will carry out the mission thoroughly. Currently we are managing total area of more than 2.5 million square meters which include the various residential communities of Verakin International City and residential blocks of Nanmen Jinjie in Fuling etc. The type of properties include of elevator flats, garden flats, villa, townhouse and commercial arcade.
